01. Acceptance of Terms

Epic Innovative Enterprises is a digital-first business providing workforce solutions, technical resources, and strategic insights. We operate as a build engine and strategic consulting platform. Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, nothing on the Services constitutes a guaranteed placement, staffing commitment, or master services agreement.
03. Age & Jurisdiction
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By accessing the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to use digital business tools in your jurisdiction.

05. Content Disclaimer
Your use of the Services does not create an advisory, employment, staffing, legal, HR, or professional relationship between you and Epic unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement. All content is provided for general informational and strategic purposes only, and you are responsible for verifying information before relying on it.
06. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with performance, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Services.
07. Intellectual Property
All proprietary assets, including content, text, designs, systems, logic layouts, graphics, research materials, video modules, trademarks, and underlying structure of the Services, are owned by or licensed to Epic Innovative Enterprises, LLC. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

You may not overload our infrastructure, bypass security protections, inject malicious code, transmit harmful material, or otherwise disrupt the integrity or availability of the Services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in response to violations.

The Services may include links to third-party websites or digital environments. Epic does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer & No Liability
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Epic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, on an individual basis, except where applicable law does not permit arbitration.

13. Limitation of Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epic’s total cumulative liability for any claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the total amount paid by you to Epic (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Epic Innovative Enterprises, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
16. Changes to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Class Action Waiver
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
